Spritzgebäck with 400g butter, an age-old recipe with guaranteed set consistency
Ingredients
400g sugar
400g butter
6 packets vanilla sugar
2 tbsp oil
1kg flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 packet of chocolate coating or chocolate for decoration
Preparation
Just mix all the ingredients with the kneading attachment of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
Next, cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest overnight, not too warm or too cold.
Then the next day, pass it through a piping bag or a meat grinder with a Spritzgebäck attachment.

Then place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake at 190°C fan/convection oven or 220°C top/bottom oven for about 20 minutes.
A variation: After cooling, dip the cookies in chocolate coating, let them dry, and then fill them into tightly sealed containers.
