I bake this cloud cake with 400g yogurt 3 times a week!
4 eggs
120g sugar
100g cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
450g yogurt
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
This is how I do it: First, preheat the oven to 170°C (350°F) top and bottom heat.
Then line the bottom and inner rim of the springform pan with baking paper.
Now separate the eggs. Then, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until dissolved.
Now add the cornstarch and baking powder and mix. Then add the yogurt to the bowl and mix everything well.
Next, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
Next, pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes, until the cake is cooked through and browned.
Then let the cake cool, remove it from the pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
