Heavenly dessert with raspberries, prepared in 10 minutes
400g quark
400g mascarpone
1/2 organic orange, juice and zest
5 tbsp sugar
2 cups heavy cream
3 packets vanilla sugar
400g raspberries, frozen or fresh
3 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
So, a little pink food coloring or raspberry juice to color the cream.
Next, mix the quark, mascarpone, orange juice and zest, sugar, and 1 packet vanilla sugar in a food processor until creamy.
In the meantime, whip the cream with 2 packets of vanilla sugar and carefully fold about 3/4 of the cream into the cream.
Prepare the glasses…
Now divide the cream between 2 bowls. I colored one half with some Wilton food coloring. Now it’s time to layer it.
Then divide the pink-colored cream between the 8 glasses, then add the raspberries.
Sprinkle them with brown sugar and carefully spread the light cream on top.
Now fill a piping bag with the remaining cream and place a tuft of cream on top of each dessert.
I decorated my dessert with sugar pearls and puff pastry biscuits. Done!
