Grandma’s Vanilla Pudding Cake with 4 sachets of vanilla pudding powder
This cake is simply amazing. Super quick to prepare and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup oil (approx. 200 ml)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs (whole)
4 sachets of vanilla pudding powder (chocolate or vanilla)
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
How to do it: First, beat the whole eggs with the sugar in a bowl until frothy.
Then mix in the oil a spoonful at a time.
Now add the remaining ingredients and continue mixing with a mixer.
Then pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for about 50 minutes.
Beating the eggs with the sugar until foamy is an important step; it gives the cake its fluffiness.
The oil makes the cake extra moist and keeps it fresh longer.
