EASY TIRAMISU DESSERT
One of the easiest desserts you will ever make!
INGREDIENTS
CREAM
250 gr mascarpone
16 gr cream stiffener (klopfix)
8 gr vanilla sugar (1 sachet)
40 gr granulated sugar
250 ml whipping cream
COATING
Ladyfingers
200 ml espresso
EXTRA
cocoa powder
Nutella
Strawberries
STEPS
1. In a deep bowl, combine the mascarpone, cream stiffener, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix the ingredients for 30-60 seconds. Gradually add the whipping cream until the mixture is stiff. Set aside.
2. Prepare a cup of espresso and pour it into a separate bowl. Allow the espresso to cool.
3. Take a ladyfinger and spread a layer of Nutella on it, followed by a layer of the prepared cream. Top it with another ladyfinger. Repeat this process.
4. Dip the pastries completely into the cold espresso. Place them on a plate and sprinkle them with cocoa powder.
5. Serve the tiramisu desserts in cupcake liners and garnish them with a dollop of cream. For an extra touch of flavor and color, optionally add some pieces of strawberry as a finishing touch.
Tips:
Add sugar according to taste.
Replace the vanilla sugar with vanilla extract.
Garnish as desired.
