Heidelbeer Mascarpone Dessert mit 1 Pck. Puddingpulver in 15 Minuten

Die Zutaten

1 Pck. Dr. Oetker Original Puddingpulver Vanille-Geschmack
50 g Zucker
500 ml Milch
120 g Mascarpone
50 g Dr. Oetker gesplitterte Mandeln
300 g Heidelbeeren (Blaubeeren)

 

Anleitung

Zuerst den Puddingpulver mit Zucker mischen. Nach und nach mit mind. 6 EL von der Milch glatt rühren.

Danach die Übrige Milch aufkochen, vom Herd nehmen und angerührtes Pulver einrühren.

 

Jetzt Pudding unter Rühren mind. 1 Min. kochen. Mascarpone unter den noch heißen Pudding rühren.

Frischhaltefolie direkt auf den heißen Pudding legen, damit sich keine Haut bildet. Mascarpone-Pudding erkalten lassen.

 

Danach die Mandeln in einer beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze goldgelb rösten und auf einem Teller erkalten lassen. Heidelbeeren verlesen und waschen.

Mascarpone-Pudding cremig glatt rühren. Mascarpone-Pudding mit den Heidelbeeren und den Mandeln in Dessertgläser schichten.
